Miranda Chang is the founding principal of Chang & Associates. Miranda is an IRS Enrolled Agent and Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner. She has consulted hundreds of individuals and small businesses and has provided clients with tax, accounting, retirement, investment and other related financial strategies that are customized to their individual needs. Miranda received her Bachelor’s degree in engineering from Cornell University and her Master’s degree in Business Administration from Indiana University. In her spare time, Miranda enjoys spending time with her four-legged companions.

Chris Ikeda-Nash, CPA
Certified Public Accountant
Chris is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has been working as an accountant since 1989. Chris moved to the San Francisco Bay Area many years ago when he accepted a CFO position in a small start-up company. Since then Chris has been actively involved in the San Francisco Bay Area community, especially the East Bay region. Prior to becoming an accountant, Chris was in the forestry contracting business. Chris earned his Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles, and had additional academic training in accounting and business administration from Cal State East Bay.

Lester Dun, CPA
Certified Public Accountant
Lester Dun is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Fraud Specialist. Lester’s professional experience includes over twenty-five years of tax and accounting work in public accounting, industry, non-profit, university and government organizations. Lester earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley. Outside the office, Lester enjoys riding his folding bike for recreation.

Chani Ou
Junior Associate
Chani Ou is our junior associate. Chani earned her Associate of Arts degree in Accounting from Heald College, and has been part of Chang & Associates’ team since 2009. Prior to joining Chang & Associates, Chani had more than three years of office management experience. In her spare time, Chani enjoys shooting pool and taking nature hikes.
